Care & Cleaning
- Wash with a soft sponge and mild dish soap β never steel wool or scouring powder
- Use wooden or silicone utensils so the coating is not scratched
- Keep the flame low to medium β high heat shortens the life of any non-stick coating
- Let the pan cool before washing, and dry it fully before storing
