Choose your set, click "Buy Now", enter delivery details, and confirm. We'll WhatsApp you to verify the order. Cash on delivery — no advance payment required.
Will you call me to confirm the order?
Yes — we WhatsApp first within 30 minutes. If no reply, our team calls within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM PKT).
Do I have to pay anything in advance?
No. Cash on Delivery is our default — pay only when your order arrives at your door. If you prefer bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa, we offer that too. See checkout for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (most popular), Meezan Bank, HBL, JazzCash, EasyPaisa. For bank transfers, send screenshot to WhatsApp 0311-1122201 and we ship within 24 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad: 1–2 working days. Karachi, Hyderabad, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 days. Other cities: 3–5 days. Free delivery nationwide.
Which courier do you use?
Leopards Courier, PostEx, and Trax — depending on your city. You'll receive tracking info on WhatsApp once dispatched.
Can I check the product before paying?
Yes. Inspect the package at the door before accepting. If anything is damaged or not as described, refuse the parcel — you pay nothing.
Are your cookware sets oven-safe?
Most metal-finish casseroles are oven-safe up to 180°C. Non-stick variants are stovetop only. Specific oven temperature ratings are listed on each product page.
Are these PFOA/PFOS-free?
Yes. All our non-stick coatings are PFOA-free and PFOS-free. ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing. Food-contact safe.
Are they suitable for gas, induction, or both?
Standard sets are gas-stove and electric-coil compatible. Induction-compatible variants are clearly marked on the product page.
What is your return / exchange policy?
7-day exchange on damaged, defective, or wrong-item deliveries. Inspect at the door. WhatsApp photos to 0311-1122201 within 7 days. We arrange pickup and replacement at no cost.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — before dispatch (usually within 12 hours of placing). Just WhatsApp us with your order number. After dispatch, you can refuse the parcel at the door instead.
How do I clean and care for my cookware?
Hand-wash with soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid steel wool on non-stick. Dry immediately. Detailed care guide ships with every order.
