Terms of Service
Welcome to Cherry Pot. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Cherry Pot, a cookware manufacturer based at Main Sheikhupura Road, Opposite Sports Complex, Gujranwala, Pakistan.
These Terms govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By browsing or ordering, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms.
1. Our products
We make every effort to show our cookware accurately. Colour and finish may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your device — this alone is not grounds for return. Sizes and capacities are as stated on each product page. We may change or discontinue any product at any time.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was displayed in error, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately and are set out in our Shipping Policy. We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer. Prices and promotions may change without notice; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Delivery
Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.
6. Product use and safety
Cherry Pot cookware is designed for use on gas stoves and electric hot plates. It is not compatible with induction cooktops.
For the life of your cookware: do not overheat it, do not leave food stored in it for long periods, and let it cool before washing. These matter most for non-stick items. Damage caused by misuse, overheating an empty pan, or abrasive cleaning is not covered by our returns policy.
Pressure cookers must be operated according to safe practice. Our pressure cooker safety warranty is set out in the Refund & Exchange Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Cherry Pot name, logo, product designs, photography and website content belong to Cherry Pot. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
8. Wholesale and export
Products bought through this website are for personal or household use. For wholesale, bulk or export enquiries, please use our B2B / Export page or contact us directly.
9. Your content
If you send us photographs, videos, reviews or feedback, you give us permission to use them in our marketing. You confirm the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
10. Third-party services
Our website links to third-party services such as courier tracking pages. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
11. Relationship with Shopify
Cherry Pot is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide this website to you. Any sale or purchase you make is made directly with Cherry Pot. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction between you and Cherry Pot, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products purchased.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala, Punjab.
