Where we deliver
Nationwide, anywhere in Pakistan.
Delivery charges
- Orders below Rs. 5,000 — Rs. 300
- Orders of Rs. 5,000 and above — Free delivery
How long it takes
7 to 15 working days, depending on the item.
Cherry Pot is a manufacturer, not a reseller — we make what we sell, in Gujranwala.
- In-stock items are dispatched quickly and typically arrive within 7 working days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order items are produced against your order and can take up to 15 working days. We will tell you which applies when we confirm your order, so you are never left guessing.
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, public holidays and courier delays can affect them.
Payment options
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when your order arrives. No advance payment required.
- Bank transfer — pay in advance and we dispatch on confirmation.
Order confirmation
We confirm every order by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Please keep your number reachable — we cannot dispatch an order we are unable to confirm.
Couriers and tracking
Most orders ship with TRAX. Areas TRAX does not cover are served by Leopards or Call Courier. We will send you your tracking number along with the correct tracking link for your parcel.
Failed deliveries and refused parcels
Our courier attempts delivery 2 to 3 times. If an order cannot be delivered because the address was wrong, the number was unreachable, or the parcel was refused at the door, it returns to us. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for advance payment on future orders.
