Refund policy

7-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Collection is free — our courier collects the parcel from your doorstep. You never pay to send anything back.

When it applies

We accept returns and exchanges where:

  • the item arrived damaged, or
  • the item is not what was shown on our website — wrong product, wrong size, wrong finish.

The item must be completely unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Record your unboxing

We strongly recommend filming a short video as you open your parcel. If anything is wrong, that video settles it immediately and gets your replacement moving the same day. It takes ten seconds and it is the single best thing you can do to protect yourself.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery on 0311-1122201 (call or WhatsApp) or info@cherrypot.pk.
  2. Send a photo or video showing the damage or the difference — your unboxing video if you have one.
  3. Once approved, record a short unedited video of yourself packing the item back into its box. This evidences the condition it left you in and protects both sides.

Tell us whether you would like a replacement or a refund, and we will arrange it.

Exchanges

We dispatch your replacement and the courier brings it to you, collecting the original parcel on the same visit. One doorstep, one visit, nothing for you to arrange.

Refunds

Once your parcel reaches us, our team inspects the item and matches it against your claim. Once confirmed, your refund is released within 72 hours.

Refunds are sent by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash — whichever you prefer. Please have those details ready.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind, or an item you simply did not like
  • Items that have been used, washed, or cooked with
  • Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
  • Damage caused after delivery — misuse, dropping, overheating, or abrasive cleaning
  • Requests made more than 7 days after delivery

Everything we sell is covered by this policy, including sale and bundle items, as long as the conditions above are met.

Pressure cooker safety warranty

Cherry Pot pressure cookers carry a safety warranty against bursting or structural failure beyond the 7-day window, provided the cooker has been used according to normal safe operating practice. Contact us with your order details if you ever have a safety concern and we will help immediately.

Replacement parts and help outside the 7-day window

Cherry Pot manufactures its own cookware, so we can usually supply replacement parts — handles, knobs, gaskets, lids — outside the returns window. These are chargeable. Call 0311-1122201 and we will sort it out.
